Information you give us directly: when you book a call through our scheduling provider, you share your name, email address, and anything you include in the booking notes. When you email us or become a client, you share whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically: we use privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use this site, including pages viewed, approximate location at the country or region level, device type, and referral source. This analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver services you engage us for, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics. Call scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you submit when booking under its own privacy policy. If you follow a link from this site to another service, that service's privacy practices apply.
Data Retention
We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Aggregated analytics data contains no personal information and may be retained indefinitely.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor valid requests made under them.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
