Services
InterestMedia provides marketing services, including content production, search and answer-engine optimization, AI implementation, and paid media management. The specifics of any engagement, including scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines, are defined in a separate written agreement between you and InterestMedia. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds us to a particular scope or price.
No Guarantees of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on platforms, algorithms, markets, and your own business, none of which we control. Case studies, examples, and statistics on this site describe past work and are not promises of future performance. Any commitments we make are the ones written into your engagement agreement.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to InterestMedia. Work product created for clients is owned as set out in the applicable engagement agreement; our standard practice is that clients own the deliverables we create for them once paid for.
Third-Party Links and Services
This site links to third-party services such as Cal.com for scheduling. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
